I've been practising Parkour since 2012. In 2016 I stopped training for around a year and a half due to a bunch of mental health problems, but in the first half of 2018, I started training again. I've re-learned how to use Parkour to help my mental health issues.
I enjoy a variety of movement types and styles and generally aim to build my confidence, improve my skills and have fun with training. I'm always keen to learn new things and aim to be a positive influence in any communities I come into contact with.
